The Victoria Police Department are asking for the public's assistance in finding a "high-risk" missing 90-year-old with dementia.
Franz is described as five feet ten inches tall with a medium build, and grey hair. He was last seen near the 100-block of Saghalie Road in the morning of Friday, Aug. 9, and he is believed to be travelling on foot.
He is wearing a blue V-neck sweater over a dark long-sleeved shirt, khaki shorts, tennis shoes and a blue baseball cap.
Anyone who sees Franz are asked to call 911 immediately. Anyone with information on his whereabouts are asked to call the VicPD Report Desk at 250-995-7654, extension 1.
