Construction crane rises for third condo tower at Bayview Place

Construction for Bosa's Properties' new tower at Victoria's Bayview Place is well underway with the construction crane going up

The construction industry is Victoria continues to boom with a variety of large projects underway and ongoing in the greater Victoria area.

A construction crane was under assembly Thursday morning on the site of the third tower, the Encore at Bayview Place, on the Songhees area property.

This condo tower, the second built by Bosa Properties o the site, will contain 134 units in a 17-storey tower and attached low rise building that is expected to be completed by spring 2018.
