Victoria city council granted a development permit for two one-storey commercial buildings on the site of the proposed Victoria International Marina.
On Aug. 18, council postponed the permit, due to concerns over parking and design. The developer has altered the design, by eliminating a decorative mast feature, and assured council that adequate parking will be available.
The two buildings are located on a privately-owned water lot at 1 Cooperage Place and 2 Paul Kane Place.
