Why should I vote for you?
If I am re-elected, I will continue to work for moderation in city spending and for weighing of costs against benefits for major projects. I will work to achieve better regional co-operation through existing systems or (if the voters choose) by amalgamation.
Your main goal if elected?
Make sure that major projects are delivered in a cost-effective way. Continue to support growth in the downtown and in our urban villages, but ensure zoning that protects established and stable residential neighbourhoods – we need growth, but not on every block.
