Esquimalt residents with a penchant for pitching in when their neighbours need it most, can put their time and skills to use with the Esquimalt Emergency Social Services.
The team is looking for volunteers who are passionate about helping their community during emergencies and disasters.
An information session is scheduled for Sept. 14, from 7 to 8:30 p.m. in council chambers at the Esquimalt Municipal Hall, at 1229 Esquimalt Rd.
