VicPD and firefighters are on the scene of an explosion and fire in the 900-block of Carlton Terrace in Esquimalt.
Traffic heading into Esquimalt is slow from Catherine Street and the #6 bus is being rerouted at Head Street. Esquimalt road is closed at McAuley Road and through to Head Street due to the fire.
