Fernwood’s premiere culinary event, Fernwood Bites, is back for another year of tastings and samples from local restauranteurs, wine and cheese makers, bakeries and coffee shops.

Patrons will hear live jazz and have a chance to participate in a silent auction to help benefit Fernwood’s newest sustainable food initiatives, including the Good Food Box, the Fernwood neighbourhood orchard and the kitchen garden project.

The event, hosted by the Fernwood Neighbourhood Resource Group, takes place in Fernwood Square this Sunday (June 23) from 5:30 to 8 p.m. Tickets are $50 and include all samples.
