Free bus service offered again in Greater Victoria on New Year’s Eve

Free buses begin at 6 p.m. on Dec. 31

The Victoria Regional Transit Commission and BC Transit are helping people celebrate safely again on New Year’s Eve.

Free bus service will be offered on Dec. 31 from 6 p.m. until the close of service.

From Dec. 27 to Dec. 30, buses will run on regular schedule.

On New Year’s Eve, buses will run on the special Friday night schedule with free service for the evening.

Buses will run on a Sunday schedule on New Year’s Day and starting Jan. 2, will follow the new winter schedule.
