A man wanted Canada-wide is in police custody after a Victoria arrest Tuesday evening.
The Greater Victoria Emergency Response Team located and arrested Cameron Gamble at Begbie Street and Gladstone Avenue on Aug. 16 shortly before 7 p.m.
No injuries were reported.
Gamble was wanted on a Canada-wide warrant after failing to return to his community-based residential facility in Victoria.
He is serving a more than two-year federal sentence for firearms-related offences.
