Input sought on Victoria's economic strategy

Encouraging the growth of the high tech sector in Victoria sounds like a good idea, but is it the city's role to create a "incubator" space for local up-starts?

The city is finalizing its economic development strategy. Residents are invited to weigh in on this issue and others designed  to grow employment in the city, while maintaining livable neighbourhoods.
