Protesters gathered outside the Marriott Inner Harbour Hotel on Humboldt Street during a protest against the Kinder Morgan pipeline, organized by Sierra Club BC, Wilderness Committee and Greenpeace Tuesday afternoon.
A federal panel is holding public meetings on the pipeline inside the hotel.
Protesters waved signs and mirrors, calling the process "smoke and mirrors" .Speakers at the protest included Victoria Mayor Lisa Helps.
