A young woman on a bus trip from Nanaimo to Victoria was shocked when a man sitting across the aisle from her undid his pants and began masturbating, police said today.
When the bus arrived in Victoria at 5 p.m. Wednesday, the woman told her father, who called police.
The woman told police the man mentioned going downtown at a certain time. Police looked, but didn’t find him.
The suspect is described as white, between the ages of 25 and 30, with greasy black ear-length hair, a pale face and stubble.
When last scene, he was wearing a black hoodie with white designs on the front, a silver ring and listening to music on an mp3 player.
