Music director Tania Miller conducts the Victoria Symphony at the 22nd annual Symphony Splash on Sunday as it performs on a barge in the Inner Harbour. Tens of thousands crowded the waterfront for the popular summer event, enjoying free musical performances, kid-friendly activities, food vendors and other entertainment.
