Upgrades to Pandora Avenue, between Quadra and Vancouver streets, have begun.
The $510,000 project includes road and sidewalk improvements on the avenue’s south side. Heritage-style lighting and decorative surfaces will help improve the space for community gatherings and events.
The work to the south side of the avenue fronting the Victoria Conservatory of Music is expected to be complete by the end of July.
