Suspected school flasher stopped by police

A 21-year-old man was arrested and police say he is responsible for flashing elementary school students.

On two occasions recently, students at George Jay elementary reported seeing a man nearby with his pants down. In the second report, his genitals were exposed.

The suspect did not enter school property.

A man matching the suspect’s description was arrested nearby on March 1 and could be charged with committing an indecent act. 

He was released from police custody under the condition he stay away from the school. 

He is due back in court April 7.
