Sidney man facing child porn charges

SIDNEY — RCMP have arrested a Sidney man on child porn charges.

Sidney North Saanich RCMP report they executed a search warrant at a home last week. A man has been charged with possessing, accessing and distributing child pornography. This, following an investigation launched in April by the B.C. Integrated Child Exploitation Unit.

Police report the man has been released from custody on several conditions. He is to appear in provincial court in Victoria next month.
