When a young drunk refused to leave Oak Bay Recreation Centre on Bee Street on Dec. 29, police arrested the inebriated 19-year-old Victoria man.
After arresting him, police discovered he was ignoring a court order not to consume alcohol, and recommended he be charged with causing a disturbance and failing to comply with conditions of his recognizance.
