Bystanders express concern about woman’s well being

UPDATE: The woman sought by Victoria Police after an incident Monday morning has been located. VicPD is thanking the public for their help.

Officers were called to the 1100-block of Douglas Street shortly after 11 a.m. on Jan. 28 after several bystanders expressed concerns over the actions of an unknown woman.

The woman left the area before police could attend to her and check on her well being.
