If there is a correlation between campaign expenditures and election results, candidate Robin Kimpton likely didn't spend very much in the 2011 municipal election.
But if he did, he's not sharing his numbers with the public, despite being required to under the Local Government Act.
Kimpton missed both the deadline and the late-filing deadline, to submit his financial disclosure papers.
Kimpton is now disqualified from holding office in a local government or on the board of school trustees until after the next general election.
