Victoria drivers may want to head straight to the pump to beat a predicted 8 cent jump coming down the pipe later Thursday.

While the GasBuddy website is currently showing an average pump price in Victoria of 126.2 cents a litre, GasBuddy senior petroleum analyst Dan McTeague is forecasting an 8 cent jump Thursday.

He says the increase is likely to hold.
