Crews are battling a fire at the historic Spinnakers Pub in downtown Victoria Wednesday afternoon.

Crews are battling a fire at the historic Spinnakers Pub in downtown Victoria Wednesday afternoon.

Unconfirmed reports say the blaze started near a fireplace in the upstairs dining room. According to a tweet from the pub, no one was injured.

The local watering hole on Catherine Street is a popular spot for both residents and tourists. More to come.
