Thank you for the coverage that you gave to the Oak Bay Lawn Bowling Club annual open house (Bowl me over, News April 19).
In spite of the cold, wet Sunday afternoon, we had more than 50 people drop in. They had a go at bowling and enjoyed tea or coffee with our members afterwards.
Quite a few commented on the article that Kyle Wells had written, and the comments were all good.
We certainly appreciate your attention and it was really beneficial for our club.
