Victoria is certainly the most dog un-friendly city I know.
With their draconian leash laws, they corral dogs into one off-leash location, then they pounce: “Hi, we’re checking dog licences today.” They get you every which way.
Now, if you can believe this, they’re targeting the birds and the bees. This is petty regulation run amok.
