Here we go again. You published a letter from an Esquimalt resident suggesting a curfew for the young rowdies who are terrifying her community.
So, what would happen? The miscreants would migrate to downtown Victoria and the police would have to further increase surveillance. The end result would be that Esquimalt residents would complain bitterly about incurring the increasing taxes for policing in the city of Victoria.
