The Downtown Victoria Business Association should try to smooth over its recent problem with officials in Moose Jaw by sponsoring a contest with vacation trips to Moose Jaw as prizes.
The third-prize winner would get two weeks in Moose jaw. The second-prize winner would get one week in Moose Jaw. And the first-prize winner wouldn’t have to go to Moose Jaw at all.
