Kill the cull

Since the municipality of Oak Bay is determined to cull the local deer, I presume this will be paid for with taxpayers’ dollars.

I strongly suggest that the municipality post videos and photos on their website of this barbaric slaughter so that the taxpayers can see what their dollars are getting them.
