Our society should provide adequate PTSD services for those who serve and protect us and their families. All too often people cannot afford costly counselling fees, and may not easily find a counsellor who is effective at treating PTSD.
I would like to tell those with PTSD that there is hope. Emotional Freedom Technique, or EFT, is free for anyone to learn on the Internet. It has been proven effective in work with Vietnam veterans, among many others.
