We moved to Victoria on July 24. Our phone and TV were hooked up on July 25.
The installer informed us he doesn’t supply phone books.
What good are the phones if we don’t have a phone book? We had to go to the local coffee shop to get phone numbers.
After 45 minutes on the phone with the service company, we were told we would get a new phone book in three or four weeks.
What kind of service is this?
