LETTER: Thank you for the helping hand

On a recent Thursday afternoon I went grocery shopping and came out with two heavy bags.

I was looking at the mounds of snow on both sides of Bevan for a way to cross when a hand took one of my heavy bags and the other hand took mine and guided me over the mounds of snow on both sides of the road to the parking lot where I left my car.

This lovely, kind, thoughtful young lady’s name is Donna. I was so happy she came along.
