Anyone who suggests Canada is comparable to North Korea is flat out wrong.
I have never suggested any such thing.
The metaphorical reference to rogue state is recognized everywhere as best represented by North Korea. Exiting ratified treaties protecting the planet is the action of a nation gone rogue.
