James Bay wins 24th B.C. rugby title

James Bay defeated top-seeded Burnaby Lake 23-22 at Klahanie Park in West Vancouver.

A last-second heroic propelled the James Bay Athletic Association to its 24th Rounsefell Cup B.C. rugby championship on Saturday.
