WHL: Victoria Royals earn weekend split in Medicine Hat, Lethbridge

The Royals will take on the Edmonton Oil Kings on Tuesday night in the Alberta capital, fresh off a 6-1 dumping of Lethbridge.

The Victoria Royals responded from a 4-3 shootout loss to Medicine Hat on Saturday with a 6-1 whupping of the Lethbridge Hurricanes the next night, on Sunday.

Patrik Polivka and Coleman Vollrath split the duty in net for Victoria – with Vollrath getting the win against Lethbridge – and the Royals now head to Edmonton to take on the Oil Kings on Tuesday night.
