The City of Victoria is in BC Supreme Court this week fighting for the right to remove derelict boats along the Gorge Waterway in Vic West. It is working with Pacifica Housing to relocate any liveaboards, but is keen to remove vessels that may be fouling the waterway.

The City is hoping for a decision this week.
