Langford-based limo company earns international business honour

Limousine charter award follows up Better Business Bureau Torch award

The West Shore’s own L.A. Limousines & Transportation Services earned the title of Global Operator of the Year at Limousine Charter Tour Magazine’s 27th annual awards gala Feb. 14 in Las Vegas.

L.A. Limousines edged out competitors from both London and Paris based on ratings of various business components.

“I was looking for the perfect Valentine’s gift for my wife and partner, I think I found it,” company president Edison Kahakauwila said in accepting the award, adding it was a great way to follow their surprise BBB Torch Award won last year for Community Service.
