Enjoy a brisk morning stroll or run along Esquimalt township streets during the annual LifeMark Health Esquimalt 5K Fun Run and Walk. The event happens March 19, beginning at 8:30 a.m. at the corner of Lyall and Fraser streets near the lacrosse box.
