The Howard Legacy Youth Fund will award two $1,000 bursaries per year providing assistance to youth in or from foster care for educational purposes.
Applications are being accepted until March 31 and recipients will be notified by June 15.
The Adoptive Families Association of B.C. announced that the bursary was made available through private donors.
