Secondary students target of message about suicide and mental health

Music with a message comes to Oak Bay High next week.

Vancouver band Sneakers for Sneaking and accordionist Barbara Adler will play at the school Tuesday and their songs will contain information about psychosis and mental health.

The Oak Bay event is part of the ReachOut Psychosis Concert Tour, which aims to educate young people about mental illness. It happens at 10 a.m. on Nov. 22. More information is online at reachoutpsychosis.com.
