The North Jubilee Neighbourhood Association plans to apply for a grant to help upgrade Fern Street Park, a tiny mid-block green space.
As it needs to show that local neighbours are invested in the project, the Friends of Fern Street Park are recruiting new members to help with the campaign to secure funds and work toward the park’s improvement.
