Volunteers raise funds for ALS

Since its inception 27 years ago, the Victoria Flower Day committee has raised $520,000 for ALS research

More than 200 volunteers will be scattered throughout Greater Victoria and Salt Spring Island on Saturday for ALS Flower Day.

Those who donate will receive a blue cornflower, a symbol of ALS research.
