The B.C. Coroners Service has identified a body found in Beacon Hill Park on Saturday as David Gerald Omness.
The 48-year-old, who was noted as having “no fixed address,” was found near the northwest corner of Beacon Hill Park at 8:15 a.m., and is believed to have been dead for two weeks.
Though VicPD continues to investigate his death, they have ruled out foul play.
