Rick Crosby, former chief executive and operating officer of the Provincial Capital Commission, is the new interim CEO of the Greater Victoria Harbour Authority.
Crosby replaces Curtis Grad.
Grad announced his departure from GVHA earlier this month to take on the leadership of a new First Nations economic development company, Skwin’ang’eth Se’las, which was established by the Esquimalt Nation, Songhees Nation and GVHA.
Crosby begins his new duties Nov. 5.
