Missing teen located safe: Victoria police

Teen was last seen Dec. 15 and located Dec. 21

A teen that was the subject of a missing person alert Dec. 17 was located safe.

The 15-year-old had been last seen Dec. 15. On Dec. 21 Victoria police said he had been located safe.
