West Shore RCMP investigate suspicious fire

West Shore RCMP are investigating a suspicious fire early this morning at Inferno Chophouse and Bar in Langford.

Shortly before 2:30 a.m. Aug. 21, Langford Fire Rescue responded to an alarm at the McCallum Road business. Multiple fire sprinklers were activated and not long after, West Shore RCMP were dispatched to a burglar alarm at the same location.

The Langford fire department contained the fire quickly and police say guests at the Sheraton Hotel were not at risk. West Shore RCMP and a fire investigator continue to investigate the fire which is deemed suspicious.
