Re: Council takes a pay cut (News Jan. 3).
I for one would like to applaud Oak Bay Mayor Nils Jensen and council for deciding to tie their salaries, both positive and negative, to the Victoria CPI.
Now that they have seen the light, why don’t they continue on and do the same thing with municipal property taxes and fees?
