I’m a James Bay resident and I’m a renter not a homeowner.
I enjoy living in the heart of Victoria and enjoy all that it offers, including taking a long walk at Ogden Point and observing the arrival and departure of these magnificent cruise ships. Many cities would die to have this kind of opportunity for their local economy.
