Now that the hot summer weather has returned, a reminder to all pet owners is probably in order.
I was amazed at the number of dogs in cars in the hot sun at the grocery store parking lot yesterday. It only takes five minutes for the temperature in your car to reach dangerous levels. This should be especially clear after the death of an Ontario toddler in a car just a few days ago.
Please leave your pets at home, they should never be left in a car.
