I am thrilled with Daniel Palmer’s report. What an incredible example of what community can do – empowering people to create a better life for themselves and the community.
This is one example of public/private partnership that is a win/win situation. I hope it will inspire more such projects in the near future in all our municipalities and neighbourhoods.
It would be great if neighbourhood agreements fostered this type of investment in healthy community, instead of shutting out folks that need a hand up.
