In listening to radio commentaries and reading the final four paragraphs of your article, I find your choice of words in your opening paragraph rather disconcerting.
Rather than giving up, the private-sector university, under new ownership, selected a better B.C. location and is thriving. Victoria is being phased out because the need for spaces is not justified. So, the originator of the idea didn’t make it fly in our home town.
Why did you paint the university with such a black brush?
