Eagles vs. Eagles, a bantam AAA showdown

Eagle vs. Eagle in the final Bantam AAA baseball league game of season

Bantam AAA Red Eagle Kobe Morris slid safely under the tag by Black Eagle Jeremy Patterson in the Red Eagles' final scheduled league game Wednesday.

It was a battle of Eagle vs. Eagle as the Victoria Black Eagles faced the Victoria Red Eagles in the Red Eagles’ final game of the bantam AAA baseball season in Victoria on Wednesday.

The Red Eagles eked out a 6-5 win, and will now ready for the provincial championships.

The Black Eagles are already qualified for the provincials, however, with one league game remaining against Nanaimo on Saturday.

Provincials are Aug. 2 to 5 in Richmond.
