With ongoing COVID-19 pandemic precautions in mind, organizers at the Monterey Recreation Centre bid adieu to 2021 with a smaller concert than usual.

About 60 masked guests enjoyed an afternoon in the Garden Court with the Monterey Avenue Minstrels on Dec. 15. While a much smaller Christmas event than the usual 200 people in the Garry Oak Room, guests enjoyed the music and sang along.
